Midtown Eye CareWhether you need an eye examination, an updated look from your tired old glasses, help with dry eyes or allergies, or just an adjustment - Midtown Eye Care is here for you. Our trained staff will look after all of your needs. Dr Barnes will educate you about your eyes and your specific eye conditions, and also make recommendations based on those results. It is our goal to become your partner in both eye health and eye fashion. Dr Barnes is one of the few Scleral RGP contact lens fitters in the area.

We will help you look even better with some of the great styles of frames we keep in our optical shop. We have over 2500 frames on display-which is well above the average number of frames most other stores typically carry. We want you to have the best selection available when picking out your fashion accessories!

The optical staff will make sure your selection will compliment you cosmetically as well as visually. Midtown Eye Care has two licensed opticians on staff with over 45 years of combined optical industry experience.

Wednesday is now 'Early Day'!  Appointments starting at 7am for those of you that have been asking to come in before the work day starts!  By Pre-appointment only.

Dr. Barnes accepts most major Medical (BCBS, Aetna, UHC,- just to name a few) and Vision insurance plans ( including VSP and EyeMed). The 'medical insurance plans' can be used for red eyes, infections, irritations, 'pink eye',allergies, dry eyes and treatments for all of these issues and more. The 'vision plans' cover basic vision testing in an otherwise healthy eye and may save you money on glasses or contact lenses.
